Good design starts with figuring out what matters.

I'm Madeline Hodge, a designer who likes figuring out what makes something work, what gives it meaning, and how it could become even better. Give me a lot of moving pieces and I'm curious about how they got there, what they're trying to do, and how they might come together. The best part is when it all starts to click and something just feels right. Clearer. Easier. More natural.

These days, I work within Wells Fargo's in-house agency, where I design across digital campaigns, email, web, and brand. Working across different brands and audiences means there's always something new to untangle and I like that. It keeps me curious.

Outside of work, I share my home with my husband, two young sons, and Prince, a miniature schnauzer who fits right in with the chaos. I love cooking to a good soundtrack, finding beautiful things in ordinary places, and sketching ideas for a someday-perfect garden.
