I'm Madeline Hodge, a designer who knows that when the foundation is right, everything built on top of it just feels better. Easier. More human. I design with that in mind every time.

Day to day, I work within Wells Fargo’s in-house agency. The work spans digital campaigns, email design systems, web experiences, and brand development. Designing at that scale, across multiple brands, keeps the problems interesting.

Outside of work, I share my home with my husband, two young sons, and Prince, a miniature schnauzer who fits right in the chaos. I love cooking to a good soundtrack and I'm often sketching ideas for a someday-perfect garden.
