A careers landing page has one job: make the right people want to work there. For Movement Mortgage, that meant a single-page web experience senior employees could share and prospective hires could act on.

I designed the page in Sketch (desktop and mobile) and worked closely with a developer to ensure the designs translated cleanly into a built experience. Clear hierarchy, intuitive flow, and seamless brand extension so the transition from careers page to corporate site felt intentional.

The result: a focused, easy-to-navigate experience that supports sharing and drives conversion.
