One Key Direct Mail
Direct mail lives or dies by the envelope. If it doesn't earn attention immediately, the rest doesn't matter. The goal was new One Key credit card acquisitions, which meant making a Wells Fargo customer stop, open, and act.
Working with the art director and copywriter, we built the narrative as a through-line from envelope to interior call to action. Visual hierarchy, message arc, and brand accountability was shared across all three of us.
The result was a package that felt less like a mailer and more like a story worth following to the end.
