One Key Direct Mail

The envelope wasn't the hook. Trust was. Wells Fargo's direct mail research consistently showed that existing customers respond better to plain, familiar packaging than anything designed to stand out. The design followed the data.

Working with the art director and copywriter, we built the narrative as a through-line from envelope to interior call to action. Visual hierarchy, message arc, and brand accountability were shared across all three of us.

The result was a package built to feel like something worth opening, designed for the moment a customer decides whether to engage with a new card offering or move on.
